Can I create my own reports?
Yes – To create your own reports you can link to the data file with any ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) compliant software, including Microsoft Office.
Can I customize the software?
For reasons of software support the software is not available for you to customize yourself. If you require enhancements or changes to the system then upon submission of a written specification we make the changes for you after you have approved our fixed price quotation for the work. You can however create your own reports and analyze your data ; you can link to the data file with any ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) compliant software, especially Microsoft Office applications.
Can I get a demonstration ?
Yes – it takes about an hour – Just Contact us.
Do you produce any other software?
Eyvo is able to offer customized product development to any specification you care to submit. We primarily concentrate on database applications and office workflow based systems. We have in the past designed systems for many different types of applications – contact us for more details.
Do you provide reference sites?
We are happy for you to talk to any of our clients. However, our policy is to provide references only after you have taken a demonstration of the system direct from us.
Do you provide technical support?
Eyvo has clients all over the world – All are offered full support and this is included in our license fee. Support is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week over the internet through our support feedback form and via telephone calls during business hours.

What is your upgrade policy?
We offer a product policy of continuous development – During the course of you using the system we may write to you offering free minor upgrades or major upgrades at a discounted price. Existing users always get access to the latest developmental features.
What do I need to have to use the system ?
For our hosted web based solutions you just need an Internet browser. If you plan to host it yourself then please contact us so we can learn about your infrastructure and advise you accordingly.
Will it link to my accounts package?
Yes ! We have a generic optional plugin module for 3rd party integrations. We have the ability to link to almost any accounts package e.g Quickbooks, SAP, Great Plains, Sun Accounts, Oracle Financials, etc.. We normally do this by using API’s or direct database injection via ODBC or ASCII batch files (only if we have to) ; contact our technical support team for more information.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes ! In certain circumstances we will allow our clients to host the entire solution – Please contact us for more details.
