Steve Jobs famously said, “It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do. We hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”
We take this a wee bit seriously at Eyvo and that is why, we have a team that is smart and a company that is on the right path to success! We provide abundant learning opportunities at our organization and if utilized well, help our employees grow at an individual level.
Eyvo’s work culture showcases the fact that individuality is important and it is what gives everyone the opportunity to flourish. Not only that, working with superiors who always have a smile and colleagues who are happy to help, who wouldn’t want to be a part of such a team?
Let’s go beyond that. Our team in India is hardworking, yes. But most importantly, they are always up for a good laugh even when things are tough. That is what keeps the team going. A hot cup of tea and a healthy discussion solves almost every problem. After all, laughter is the best medicine.
The achievements are acknowledged at Eyvo and no hard work goes unnoticed. Our team is almost always given intricate and complicated tasks. No matter how difficult the tasks get, our team is continuously at it. Finally when they complete the task with flying colours, we enjoy a lavish lunch. Because, who doesn’t like to eat?
We also like to give all our employees an equal chance at winning the ‘Employee of the Quarter’ depending on their performance for that quarter. Just look at one of us being proud which really is all of us proud.
Celebrations happen but so does work. You see a smile on our face while working? Well, we don’t blame you for wanting that. Obviously, you need to take notes and all that jazz (it is a big thing!) but you also need to have a smile and plethora of enthusiasm while doing so. Sometimes, a little team building helps too. And that is why, we have our US and UK team members come down to India and engage with everyone. At times, a weekend outing helps too.
All said and done, Eyvo India is a small, cheerful world in itself. We are a happy lot who are hungry for success. And doesn’t success follow hard work always?
