Eyvo and our workplace diversity!

It is amazingly easy to get lost in the noise around us and getting diverted by other minute things that make us lose focus of the bigger picture. Similarly, it is easy to get lost in the noise around this global phenomenon i.e. the novel coronavirus.

However, there was one such tragedy, so big and so impactful, that was enough to divert us from the COVID-19 noise. This horrific and unfortunate incident shook us all and took the world by storm. It was what led to the Black Lives Matter (BLM) Movement worldwide.

The BLM Movement caught everyone’s attention and rightly so. While we are not here to give you a news flash, it is equally important to address this growing discussion around acceptance for all and diversity.

We believe that all lives matter and deserve inclusivity and equality across the globe. What we believe also shows in the way we work.

We believe in culturally diverse teams and we have spoken about the same in the past as well. At Eyvo, we believe that working with new teams is helpful as it aids in the exchange of new ideas backed with different cultures. The cultural diversity defines what an organization is and how it is different.

Eyvo has culturally diverse teams and has its presence in 3 countries

Eyvo has teams in 3 countries i.e. the United States, United Kingdom, and India. We truly understand what it is like to have a culturally diverse team that works cohesively.

Diverse teams are part of our growing work culture. We have embraced the diversity with open arms which has helped us create equal opportunities for everyone in our organization. This not only helps with the morale of our teams but also works wonders for the health of our organization.

By respecting cultural diversity in the organization, we make efforts to understand each one of our employees, irrespective of their gender, race, caste, religion, personal preferences, etc.

Understanding these diversities gets us closer as teams and our company thrives on this. Having a culturally diverse team is a blessing in disguise as it helps our teams understand others’ cultures. This is a great way to break the ice and a good team-building exercise as well which positively benefits our company.

If you work at Eyvo, it does not matter what your race or religion is or what caste you belong to, what matters is what you bring to the table as well as your skills and talents.
