Eyvo Multi-Site Module enables organisations to operate one centralised procurement system that can apply to multiple sites, but still maintain individual site data separate from each other in terms of security.
Companies with offices in multiple locations can have each office operate independently, but corporate headquarters or regional managers will still be able to see consolidated reports and grant access based on their defined level of security.
The Eyvo multi-site module allows you to separate out the different parts of your business by functional groups. If you have multiple locations and you want to ensure that each location cannot see the others data, then Eyvo multi-site is for you.
e.g. Say you are a Law Firm with your HQ in New York but with local regional offices in London, San Francisco, Beijing, Singapore and Tokyo and each office runs independently. But you want to have one procurement system shared across the whole enterprise yet you also want to keep the offices logically separate in the system, then this module will allow you to do that BUT will still allow the Procurement Director (or whoever else you want) in New York to run consolidated reporting across the whole Enterprise or regionally. Access can be granted by region or at the Enterprise level.
